Red Tape... Sheesh!

I am currently in the process of changing the ownership of the house into my name. It looks like I will spend a chunk of my time in Greece in offices, unfortunately. My dad left Greece as a teenager and so he never got a tax file number and his name is on the house.  It looks like I will need to get one, so this will likely be our first stop and we will need lawyers to manage this for us. As the house is inhabitable, I'm hopeful that the tax owed will be minimal.  Cross your fingers for me!
